It is time again for our annual Homeowner and HCA Member Meeting. This is different than our normal monthly Board of Directors Meeting, and we invite all homeowners to come and learn about the past year for Huntwick, see what is on the horizon for this year, vote on the board of directors and annual budget, and have your voice heard as a homeowner in the Civic Association. We will be provided pizza and drinks for all attendees.
Per our by-laws, we need at least 42 households represented at the meeting. We hope that you can join us in person next Wednesday. If you can’t make it to the meeting, then we request you designate a Proxy to vote on your behalf. You can find the Proxy Designation form in the ballot. If you don’t have a neighbor or friend to select as a Proxy, you can designate the HCA Secretary as your proxy. All proxy forms must be filled out and dropped off at 13418 Glen Erica Drive before 5:00 PM on Wednesday, February 18th.
