Huntwick Civic Association Fees and Information
The Huntwick Civic Association works hard to keep our community beautiful, safe, and desirable for homeowners. To do this, the HCA handles the Trash service, Security operations, Landscaping, Mosquito fogging, and other services to ensure Huntwick continues to be a wonderful place to live. To fund these operations and keep your home values high, we assess two main types of charges: the Monthly Residential Services Fee (RSF) and the Annual Maintenance Fee (AMF).
The RSF is charged monthly on your water bill and cover the monthly Trash Collection and Security Services. Currently the RSF is $70.28 each month.
The AMF is billed each November and covers all the other operational costs of the Civic Association, including landscaping, decorations, legal and operational costs, and more. For 2025, the AMF is set to $166.18
