Huntwick Residents,
The Huntwick Civic Association wants you to be informed about the upcoming Park Bond election on the ballot for May 3rd. HCWCID #116 will be hosting an informational Town Hall to hear your questions and concerns as well as share vital information regarding the proposed bond at the Huntwick Clubhouse on Monday, April 14th at 6:30 PM. Here’s the message from the Water Board:
We’re writing to remind you about our upcoming Park Bond Town Hall happening this Monday, April 14 at 6:30 p.m. at the Huntwick Recreational Facility (formerly known as Huntwick Clubhouse), 5300 Coral Gables Drive, Houston, TX 77069. We’ll be discussing the proposed improvements for the $5.71M Park Bond, including upgrades to community spaces like 5300 Coral Gables Dr. and Donut Lake Park, and we’d love to hear your ideas on enhancing our shared areas across the District.
Experts will be in attendance to answer your questions about the Park Bond, related costs, and the proposed improvements. The meeting will be recorded for those who can’t attend live. Your input is invaluable to us, and we’d be delighted to see residents from all corners of HCWCID No. 116 there!
We hope you’ll be able to make it to learn more about the proposed bond and ask any questions you may have. For additional resources, please head to: https://www.huntwickwater.com/district-info/may-3-2025-park-bond-election/
