Monthly Crime/Traffic Stats: September 2023
** Disturbance Loud Noise, again has become a problem in Huntwick **
I’m glad to report for September, there were no noise complaints. Although there were
gatherings, music, and chatter were kept to a minimum.

Not the Sheriff’s Department. But, in the case of a life-threating situation call 911.
The following is only a summary of crime and traffic incidents in Huntwick. If more

Traffic:
The speed limit in Huntwick is 30 miles an hour.

It was a busy September for our patrol deputies responding to the following:
Two (2) Suspicious vehicles, four (4) Abandoned vehicles, two Traffic Hazard, and
seventeen (17) Traffic Initiatives.
Traffic Stops and Illegally Parked Vehicles:
- Traffic stops this report (9). Lead by Deputy Pickett with five (5), and Deputy Hanks with four (4). **Keep up the good work guys!
- Illegally parked Vehicle, on September 6, at 06:47 a.m. on Hambleton Circle. Reported by Deputy Pickett.
- Illegally parked Vehicle, on September 7, at 09:04 a.m. on Belhaven Drive. Reported by Deputy Pickett.
- Illegally parked Vehicle, on September 7, at 05:13 p.m. on Royal Walk. Reported by Deputy Schubert
Note: Please keep your driveway well-lit and mount cameras if possible. If you park in your driveway, please take your valuables and lock your car.

Please watch out for suspicious or inappropriate behavior, particularly around children, young adults, and seniors. Avoid leaving valuable items in plain sight and unattended. It is important to remember that posting on social media is not the same as contacting the Sheriff’s dispatch.
