Architectural Control Approval Request

Hello Huntwick Resident,

 

Before beginning your project, please get approval on the work to be completed. ACC applications are processed in at most 30 days, so please plan accordingly. We have moved all ACC Applications to our Resident Portal. 

 

Please login to the portal and click the “Add ACC Plan” on the left navigation. From there, you’ll be able to input all the required information and get a quick response from our Architecturally Control Committee.
